Don’t you just hate it? You’re up there at the job, trying to keep your cool. But the haters and naysayers and gossipers just keep on coming–like roaches. There’s a message printed on a Brick in Proverbs 26:20. Babies, “Put on your headphones..block out the noise”. Not the headphones like the ones I wear, doing the news on 1010WINS. I’m talking about the headphones in that scripture. Put in another way, Ignoring gossip (mean talk, boisterous shade-throwers) starves the attention it needs to spread–if you simply block it out. As they say, “Without wood, a fire goes out”. Hello? And don’t EVER resort to arguing on the job. If you’re standing there arguing with a nutcase, folks walking by won’t be able to tell who’s who! “Nuff” said, Unk.
