IMPORTANT: Booking & Payment Terms
- Engagement dates are not considered reserved until full payment has been received and confirmed.
- Upon confirmation, travel and lodging arrangements may be secured immediately if required for the engagement. Any associated costs will be treated as engagement expenses.
- Travel and lodging expenses are non-refundable once booked. If the client cancels after travel arrangements have been secured, the client remains responsible for those costs.
- Preparation and scheduling for the engagement begin immediately upon confirmation of booking. For this reason, cancellation policies apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may cancel the engagement within the following timeframes prior to the scheduled date:
45 days or more prior to engagement:
Full refund
30 days prior to engagement:
Refund issued less 25% of the total engagement fee
20 days prior to engagement:
Refund issued less 50% of the total engagement fee
10 days or fewer prior to engagement:
No refund
Any applicable refunds will be issued in accordance with the schedule above.
Engagements cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled date may be considered fully earned due to preparation and schedule blocking.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in the official Next Tally Concepts Service Agreement.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control — including severe weather, travel disruptions, or venue closures — the engagement may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date. Any payments already made will be applied toward the rescheduled engagement.
